Father's Day 2008
I realized during my fabulous day spent with Morgan, that I hadn't posted pictures yet from Father's Day. I have to admit that I had a very very busy week and I have a feeling that I just need to get used to running about a 100 miles an hour for the next two months. Ahhh, the life that I have created. For Father's Day last weekend, Damon and I had both sides of our family over for a BBQ. In addition to our parents, my grandparents, the reverard and the Killpack's, Randy Straub and his latest family addition, Dakota, joined us. Randy's wife and sons were is Sacramento for the weekend, so we adopted Randy for the day. It was great to see him and his 14 week old puppy play with the Morelli clan. This is what the 4 doggies looked like runnin' around our backyard:
Now Kris and Loren's little puppy doesn't look so little!

Terri Clark at the Sonoma Marin Fair
Damon and I took a much needed break from life on Thursday night and headed to the Sonoma-Marin fair to see a Terri Clark concert. We love going to fair concerts, and eating fair food (we had a corn dog, a snow cone and a funnel cake between the two of us for dinner). Terri Clark sings some great songs and she was a really good and funny performer. Damon said that he always thought that she was a lesbian, and then when we got up close to the stage he said she was pretty hot, which I guess erased his questions about her sexual orientation. Here are some pics:

Peggy Sue's Car Cruise
This weekend was the 6th annual Peggy Sue's car show and cruise. As always, I had a great time hanging out with family, friends and taking pictures of the old cars. On Saturday night, they close down the streets in downtown and set-up the cars in a cruisin' circle. The variety of cars was fabulous and great eye-candy. I didn't have too much time to watch the crusin' since I was in charge of driving the 57' Chevy around. I did have a great time chating with the folks I was driving around, scanning the crowd for familar faces and taking the compliments on my daddy's pretty car. It was a little hard driving the vehicle, since I had only drove it once around the track in high school for homecoming in 2000! There is no power steering, the car is a boat and the steering wheel is HUGE...plus it is a lot harder to steer the car when it is only going 2 miles an hour. Regardless of my trials and tributations, here are my detailed photos of our 57' Chevy, my grandparents 62' Impala, my Uncle's (formerly my grandpa's) 62' Corvette and the Grant's 55' Chevy.
