Avery's My Gym Birthday Party

Continuing on with Avery's 3rd birthday celebration we headed to My Gym for her friend birthday party.  There were SO many kiddos there and everyone had a blast.  Seriously, My Gym is the best party spot around. We will probably have Cambrie's parties there every year until she tells us no.  Haha!

It is awesome to see how much Cambrie has grown over time...she is now pretty fearless in the gym and I love seeing her explore her strengths and physical abilities.

Plus there are lots of giggles between cousins...

Avery and her friends were really lucky that the owner of My Gym was one of the two teachers leading the party.

Cambrie wasn't really in the mood to have me sit with her at the red circle - which was fine since then I had the opportunity to take pictures.

All the kiddos were such good listeners, I was super impressed.  Especially with my crazy little bug.

Bubbles!

Sweet pretty birthday girl...

Go Cambrie Go!

Love the fish puppet show the best - C was singing along the entire time too.  Guess the apple doesn't fall to far from the tree :)

Love that my little daughter of a civil engineer is more concerned about seeing how the space flight works rather than just enjoying the ride...seriously, the whole time she was just trying to figure out how she was 'flying.'

I also excited that C got under the parachute this time - she is usually afraid of them no matter where we are (Finley Center, Gymnastics or My Gym.)

In the party room there were some princesses waiting to say hello :)

Here are some videos of the fun!

Little Girls with a Little Table

My parents resurrected one of our play tables from our childhood and it was so fun to see our girls eating dinner on it.  The girls also got a kick out of their new dining option at my parents house.

Funny how the little things make so many smiles :)

On The Way Home from Disneyland

Look at the cute clean girl that I got to share a bed with - isn't she adorable snuggled in bed watching a little Mickey?

We started out sleeping in separate beds, but then after a late night fall that broke my heart, my mover of a sleeper got to cuddle with her momma.

We were so pleased that the girls did a great job on the car ride home.   It could have been a long day, but it turned out to be pretty pleasant.

Kisses for Mickey and Minnie!

We actually made really really good timing on the way home, the girls were content in their carseats so we didn't need to stop nearly as much or for as long.  It was nice because usually the ride home is always pretty long and miserable.

That sums up our trip to Disneyland, but I will have some fun phone photos and videos posting later in the month.

Disneyland - Part Eight

Another snuggle with Auntie caught on camera :)

We took the girls on the Autotopia ride...those cars are bumpy!

It was nearly impossible to try to take pictures while driving, but I did manage to get one of Avery and Alicia in front of us.  Cambrie requested a red car and we just so happened to get one.  She was excited  until we started driving and is was pretty bumpy.

My mom was so sweet and waited in line to get a 60th birthday pin for Loren, since we missed his birthday.  Cambrie sent him this picture via facbook :)

The last ride of the trip was two rounds on Winnie the Pooh.  We were able to have our own little bee hive each time, so it was nice to have it be just us girls.

Afterwards Avery, Alicia and my mom went back to the hotel, but C and I decided to stay in the park.  I just wasn't quite ready to leave yet.  I took her on the big train around the park and she loved it, until she fell asleep in my cars.  Cuddled like a little baby.  It was so sweet, I didn't want it to end.  The cutest part about it all was that she fell asleep during the loud dinosaur exhibit.  P.S. when is Disney going to update that?  I remember it from when I was a kid!

Since she was sleeping I took my time leaving the park.  I went shopping and got lots of gifts, watched the fireworks while eating ice cream and stared at this sweet sleeping face.

Disneyland - Part Seven

Yet another morning, yet another Cambrie putting herself in her stroller telling me she was ready to go to Disneyland :)

It was our last day and the two of us went into the park early.  Avery isn't as much as an early riser so we decided to separate from the group and get some rides in before it got too busy.  First up was the Buzz Lightyear ride...Cambrie has some Buzz pj's and really likes them so I was excited for her to see him in 'person.'

We rode almost every ride in the kiddo land, including the teacups.  It is kinda hard taking pictures while swirling around and making sure that your toddler doesn't fly out of the teacup.  I thought I took video but didn't press the button...her laughter was so cute!

Happy on Dumbo :)

We decided to go back on the little train and C did so good waiting in line.  I was really proud of her.

Plus we got to sit in the caboose!  She loves a train song called 'little red caboose' so she was really excited :)

Snuggles from Grammie...

Since it was our last day Avery wore her Cinderella dress, her hair looked so pretty up in a bun.  I loved it!

We had a special lunch with the Princesses at Ariel's Grotto.  It was so amazing!  The food was awesome (not a buffet like last time in Disneyland) and it was great being able to see each of the Princesses.  Avery was just ecstatic.

She made sure to tell all the Princesses that she was turning 3 on March 5th :)

Cambrie was very excited to meet Snow White...

so excited that she fell on the ground.  Haha!

Look at that happy face :)

Giving kisses!

The food was amazing...here was the dessert tray...

They also brought out a special birthday cake for Avery, love the blowing out the candles picture :)

C and I headed back to the hotel for some rest after lunch (after several more episodes of her running away, again).  But we stopped by to see her favorite guy first for a photo:
