A Saturday Family Day at the Park

Two Saturday's ago was a rare day in the Morelli household.  Damon and I were both home with Cambrie all day until evening (when I had a photo session.)  Typically we both have different activities going on, especially because I like to give Damon some 'free' time on the weekends.  Damon cooked us breakfast in the morning, then we spent hours cleaning the house (so nice to clean as a team together), then we went to the grocery store and took Cambrie to the park.  We decided to go to a different park on our way home from the grocery store.  She loved having both of her parents around her and the new playground to play at.

We loved the teeter-totter (sp?) too...

 

Gosh - such a big girl and big beautiful eyes!

Cambrie also adores other 'big kids' they always put a huge smile on her face, even if they don't talk or interact with her (like her 'friends' this day).  I love that it doesn't matter to her, she is just friendly with everyone :)

Such a sweet thing who loves spending time with her parents - the feeling is definitely mutual.

Trail Camera Photos

A few wedding anniversaries ago I gave Damon a trail camera for the ranch.  We downloaded some pictures the other night and I wanted to share them on the blog.  It was really fun not knowing what we were going to see on the memory card.  

This first picture cracked us up - guess the local cowboy (literally, his job title is cowboy) got picked up by the sensors while he was working the cattle.

Of course, lots of pictures of beautiful deer.

And even some macro images :)

These images looked processed/edited...so interesting how the trail camera works.

And there were some silhouettes as well.

What a beautiful piece of property Damon's family has.  It is crazy to think of all the wildlife that happens behind the scenes.  

Playdate with Noah

I love impromptu playdates, and so does Cambrie.  We stopped by Morgan and Noah's house the other week to catch up for a few minutes.  We haven't seen them too much lately and we missed them.  Cambrie enjoyed spending time with Noah's toys, especially his trains and basketball hoop. 

I attempted to grab a photo of the two of them and Cambrie was more interested in my camera case while Noah gave me his best flirty smile.

Then, with the help of an airplane I was able to get both of them to look at me.  Heehee.  They are too cute!
