Cambra Family Easter

On the 22nd of April the Cambra side of the family gathered together to celebrate Easter.  It worked out well since my sister and her family were in San Diego for Easter and Diana and Will were in town the weekend of the 22nd - so we had a lovely family lunch.

And the girls were very spoiled with many gifts and a huge easter egg hunt.

My Uncle Dickie is known as the ice cream man, since he always brings homemade ice cream to family events.  Diana got him a perfect sign :)

Avery had fun playing in the dog kennel...

and, of course, she had a great time hunting for eggs.

I remember this piece of 'machinery' (it is some sort of stone grinder) used as an egg hunt prop when I was little :)

C wasn't as quick with this egg hunt, she was too excited to open up and eat the yogurt melts inside the eggs this time. 

My loves enjoying the homemade salted carmel ice cream...they both loved it! (C also decided that she was done wearing her dress - it was hot and it felt good to be showin' off her belly!)

Avery loved her bubbles and was able to blow them all by herself too.  What a big girl!

It was so nice to spend several hours with my dads side of the family - they are so welcoming and loving.
